The Genossenschaftlichen FinanzGruppe Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken's robo-advisor has a mission: to be a pioneer. Over several years, we helped them improve their brand, communications, and product. Together, we were so successful that one product evolved into several others.
Platform Strategy
Based on 36 target groups and over 2,500 use cases, we defined the required platforms, their tasks and characteristics, and the overarching digital infrastructure needed by the "most digital World Cup of all time". The result is a network of hundreds of interfaces and over 40 platforms ranging from sponsor support and hotel booking to press archives.

BMW.com
The new international BMW website is not a car configurator. It has the task of embodying the brand, services, and lifestyle, thus making potential new customers curious.
Transparency isn't FIFA strong suit. At least they can publish their reports to the public now via publications.fifa.com. A Contenful based multi-language platform.
For BilderDe, we created a brand and an online store including a product configurator for wall pictures from scratch that made the competition look old.
CEBIT couldn't be saved by a website, but we designed a massive modular system on which other pages are still based today. e.g. Hannover Messe
Data showed that hundreds of existing modules, which were built to keep users from leaving, did the exact opposite. That's how we created the new article page.
Audi was already ahead of its time with digital showrooms. I conceptualized and designed the used car integration, the first major expansion of the system.
